As a way to help get the word out about the Out of the Darkness Community Walk, you can purchase this 8’ x 3’ banner. For banners previously used we change the date each year.
Although the main words will remain the same for each year’s banners, you can add your own brief message to a bottom line in the right hand corner. You can mention the name of an individual, group, or business sponsoring the banner or you can remember a loved one lost to suicide. (ie. "Sponsored by Smithfield High School", "Sponsored by the Portsmouth YMCA", "Sponsored by Site Applications", or "In loving memory of Luke", "Frankie, I will never forget you")
This is a high quality vinyl and can be purchased at a reasonable price. The check can be made out to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and will belong to the Walk and will be used each year. The purchase of this banner is tax deductible.
Orders for the new 2012 banners will be taken in the Spring with a form we'll have on this website.
