Everyone who is coming to the Walk needs to register whether you are walking, sponsoring a walker, or just planning to participate in being a part of the program. We want a count to be sure we have enough complimentary food, drinks, mental health information and handouts, and music for you. You can register on-line (see below), over the phone (1-888-333-2377) or on that morning at the Walk.
If you are walking to raise money for the AFSP, you are contributing to a very worthwhile cause. As a gesture of AFSP’s appreciation of your donation, if you raise $150 or more, you will receive at the Walk, a free Out of the Darkness Community Walk T-shirt when you turn in what you’ve collected. But, also know, you are welcome just to walk or to share in this time together - - our #1 goal is to prevent suicide, to remember, and to celebrate.

Disclaimer: Registration is at the AFSP website. It is helpful to AFSP if they have an email address because it is required to register. If you do not have an e-mail address or do not want to disclose it, or if a second person would be using the same address (the AFSP system will not accept 2 addresses the same), please enter a bogus email in the format (i.e. FirstNameLastName@noemail.com). We apologize to you for this method but this is a requirement to register and we need to know how many will be attending our walk.
